Rental Period
Wildfire rents equipment on a three-day week and a three-week month. The minimum rental period is one day. Rentals picked up on Friday and returned on Monday by 10:30am are considered one-day rentals.
Rental Extensions
If you need to extend your rental period for any reason, just notify us at least a day before your scheduled return. Payment for additional days is due at the time the extension is issued.
Discounts
We offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations such as schools, churches, and hospitals who have a valid tax exemption certificate. Students with a valid student ID will also get 20% off our retail rental rates.
Payments
Payment in full must be made prior to shipment, or at the time of pick up. All rentals picked up in or shipped to California or Nevada are subject to state sales tax.
Certificate of Insurance
All renters must provide Wildfire with a certificate of insurance listing Wildfire, Inc. as loss payee for the full value of the equipment rented in the event of loss or damage, prior to shipment or picking up the equipment.
Terms
Renter assumes all responsibility for loss or damage to all items listed and agrees to pay Wildfire, Inc. such amount as may be determined necessary to repair or replace any lost or damaged items. Renter is responsible for all shipping, insurance costs and missing items. All broken or burnt lamps must be returned, or renter will be charged for spare lamp. It is understood that Wildfire, Inc. is not liable for any damage caused by or with any properties rented by us and is herewith released from any danger that might be caused by the same. Our equipment is offered for test and inspection at the time of rental. All equipment must be returned by 10:30AM on the scheduled return date to avoid the charge of an additional day. Wildfire will not load onto personally owned vehicles.
