Recent Breakthrough Allows Completely Invisible Photorealistic Images For The First Time Ever
For the first time ever, invisible photo-realistic images are possible.
Just imagine standing in front of a nondescript white banner, when suddenly it happens… the lights go out and from nowhere appears a crisp photo glowing like a movie screen projection. Except it’s not a projection—it’s a fluorescent image!
Introducing ClearMeleon™ UV Invisible Printing
Up until recently this kind of invisible photo-realistic effect was impossible. Sure, invisible and dual images are one of the signature “Wildfire Effects.” But photo-realism is a new thing. You see, in the past, only certain invisible colors were available. That meant artists had to carefully choose and mix what colors they wanted based on limited choices.
But now, due to recent developments in the printing industry, true invisible cyan, magenta and yellow (the 4-color “CYMK” process that your inkjet printer uses) now exists. That means ANY photograph or piece of digital artwork with ANY color configuration can now be printed as an invisible image that glows under black light.
Pretty cool, huh?
We call it ClearMeleon™ printing. The inks dry clear… and it can be any image or color imaginable. Kind of like a chameleon. ClearMeleon™. Get it?
As Versatile As Your Imagination
Any signature “Wildfire Effect” can be created: invisible images, dual images, day-night transitions, or 3-D effects. Another bonus is its durability: the fluorescent effect lasts up to 10 years, depending on the lighting conditions. Outdoors, it can last up to 2 years!
Don’t run out looking for these inks to plug into your home printer just yet though. You won’t find them. This is a very specialized process.
Also, ordinary white paper wouldn’t work anyway. It glows like the full moon under black light and ruins the effect. So materials have to be carefully chosen that have no UV reactivity whatsoever. For the moment, there are a limited number of materials available to print on, but we expect more materials to become available over time. Currently we can print on…
The invisible image dries clear over any visible image or design. Multiple panels can be tiled to create a larger composite image.

Widths up to 44 inches can be accommodated, and several panels can be placed side-by-side (or one above the other) to create a composite image as large as you like.
